Everyone shares, we do it all the time. This can be from sharing sweets, knowledge about a particular subject, or information about ourselves. It does not always involve sharing our personal possessions. Being able to share is important to help build upon our relationships with family, friends and other people we meet in our lives. It gives us the confidence to communicate with others, for example, being able to share our likes and dislikes and make new friendships based on shared interests and hobbies.

So don’t be shy, share. You may be surprised by how much you have in common with the person. It could be a favourite book, a shared interest in history or a favourite place you went to on holiday. The only way to know is to share the information about yourself, you never know you may gain new aspirations or aspire others to try something new
