Everyone in the world feels scared sometimes, every single person. We all have our own personal worries or fears that can make us nervous, it’s completely normal. It is really healthy and brave to talk about these things with our friends, parents or teachers.

Sharing our fears actually makes us stronger, because a problem shared, is a problem halved.  You might even find that you share the same fears as somebody else, which is often really helpful and positive, because it means you can support and understand each other better.

So never feel like you are alone, or worry because being scared is a natural reaction to things we may not be used to, or have never experienced
