We are One
When I look at you I see another version of me, a version that is judged by many but accepted by few.
When I look at you I see a bundle of joy, a spark of hope, a flame of love and the light of life.
When I look at you I see my future growing, my present blooming and my past learning.
When I look at you, I don’t just see you… I see them too and when I see them
I don’t see race, gender, age or religion
I see children laughing, father’s crying, mother’s praying and a world changing.
When I look at you, I’m looking at you and all of you
That’s when I know we are one because when I look at you… I know I am you.
